- The renter must possess a valid driver license.
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as it was when received.
- Return the vehicle in the same clean condition as it was received.
- Pick up and return the vehicle on time.
- Avoid traveling to restricted areas as defined by the vehicle owner or Arkela guidelines.
- No illegal items or substances in the vehicle.
- All rental payments must go through the Arkela platform.
- Any damage fees, traffic fines, tolls, and penalties during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

-Full refund (less processing fees) when canceled 24+ hours before rental start. (All your money back, except for a small processing fee. This fee covers transaction costs (like credit card or bank charges) that Arkela incurs and cannot get back.)
-An 80% fee (minus processing fees) will apply for cancellations made within 12 hours of the rental start time. (An "80% fee" means you are charged 80% of the rental cost. In other words, you only get a 20% refund (and then processing fees are taken from that 20%).
-A 50% deduction (minus processing fees) will apply for cancellations made 12 to 24 hours before the rental start time. (You receive a refund of 50% of the total rental cost, and then the processing fees are also subtracted from that amount.)
